VidScope is a web-based application that allows users to search, discover, and organize YouTube video content using the YouTube Data API v3. Core features include:

Certain features require authentication via Google OAuth. By authenticating, you authorize VidScope to receive your Google account name and email address.

The Service and its original content are the property of VidScope. YouTube content accessed through the Service is subject to YouTube Terms of Service and respective rights holders.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDSCOPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Japan.

本サービスは、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる種類の保証もなく「現状のまま」「利用可能な状態で」提供されます。
法律で許容される最大限の範囲において、VidScopeは間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害について一切責任を負いません。
